Mr Tinto Shipping Policy

Dispatch times

Orders placed by 12 noon UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed after 12 noon, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery options

Royal Mail Tracked 48:
Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders of £30 or less, postage is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery is normally within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24:
You can choose a paid upgrade at checkout, including on orders qualifying for free standard delivery. This service aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. The upgrade price is shown before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are counted from dispatch. Choosing Tracked 24 does not change our dispatch cut-off or working days.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at fran@mrtinto.co.uk.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email fran@mrtinto.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
