        Every bag is roasted fresh to order in small batches, rather than sitting on a supermarket shelf for months. We roast for flavour and dispatch promptly from our Croydon roastery.

        We roast and dispatch as quickly as possible. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

        Yes. Choose your favourite coffee, size and grind, then pause or adjust your deliveries whenever you need to.

        If your order arrives damaged or there is another problem, contact us and we’ll put it right. We genuinely care about every order.

        Choose whole beans if you grind at home. For ground coffee, select cafetière/Chemex, filter/Moka, espresso fine or espresso standard to match your brewer. If you’re unsure, message us before ordering.
