About This Coffee

Flor del Desierto is sourced from Cuatro Vientos’ network of smallholder farms in Acevedo, Huila. The Siete Soles Drying Complex and innovation centre provides more than 6,000 m² of controlled drying space, dedicated to high-quality natural processing and sustainability practices.

Harvest & Post-Harvest

Fresh red cherry is selectively handpicked by local producers and delivered to the Siete Soles drying station. After a brief floating stage, the coffee is laid out to dry on raised beds with constant movement to promote even drying, clarity and stability in the final cup.

Producers

Cuatro Vientos is a family-owned exporter with strong roots in Huila. Their focus on traceability, farmer support, drying innovation and quality control has allowed them to source high-scoring coffees year-round from their three purchasing points: Acevedo, Santa María and Algeciras.
