The sisters have over 20 years of experience in coffee production and reopened the washing station in 2013, revitalizing its potential for value-added coffees.
Farmers handpick ripe cherries, which are then carefully processed through pulping, fermentation, and washing. The parchment is dried on raised beds, ensuring even moisture content.
