El Mirador is our new washed Colombian coffee from the mountains of Huila, one of the most celebrated growing regions in the world.
Grown between 1,250 and 2,150 meters, this coffee brings everything that makes Huila so loved: sweetness, clarity and balance.

In the cup you’ll find golden raisin, dry fruit, chocolate, cocoa powder and a touch of blackcurrant. The profile is round, crisp and comforting — the kind of coffee you can drink every day without getting tired of it.

Our El Mirador lots come from small farms across Huila, where producers grow traditional varieties like Bourbon, Castillo, Caturra, Typica and Colombia. The coffee is fully washed, dried carefully and graded to European Preparation (EP) standards for low defects and consistent quality.

El Mirador is roasted to highlight sweetness and body, making it ideal for both filter and smooth, balanced espresso.
