The Beans

A medium-dark roasted Colombian espresso with a sweet, chocolatey profile, low acidity and a smooth finish. Easy to dial in, forgiving on the bar, and perfect for milk drinks or a straight shot.
Colombia Espresso is our take on the classic “café” flavour so many of us grew up with, but roasted with specialty care. We source clean, reliable Colombian lots and roast them to a medium-dark profile to bring out chocolate, caramel and roasted nut notes, while keeping the acidity soft and the body round.
This is the coffee we reach for when we want something comforting and uncomplicated. It is very forgiving to work with, holds up beautifully in milk, and still gives you a sweet, smooth espresso when served on its own.
Roasted in small 3 kg batches at our Croydon roastery, we focus on consistency and sweetness in every roast so your shots stay stable bag after bag.
