It’s not your machine. It’s not how you brew it, and it’s not your fault.

Most commercial coffee isn’t bad by accident. It’s made for scale, not flavour.
That usually means:
The result? Coffee that tastes bitter or flat, so you add sugar to make it taste better.
You’re already buying it every week. The difference is whether it’s something you actually look forward to, or something you just get through.
It’s easy to stick with what you know, but when your coffee never quite satisfies, that’s usually a sign something’s missing, not something you have to accept.
You don’t need a new routine or better equipment. Just coffee that’s been treated properly from the start.
-Wasting money on something you don’t even enjoy. again and again
-Chasing a better cup… and never quite getting it
-Drinking it anyway, because it’s just part of your routine
-Fixing it instead of enjoying it
-Settling every single morning
-Letting that moment go to waste every day you don’t change it.
“This is exactly why I made Mr. Tinto. I wanted coffee to be treated with the respect it deserves. Which is why every Mr Tinto coffee is single-origin, freshly roasted, and handled with care from start to finish personally by me. From my culture to yours” -Francisco (Mr. Tinto)
Clean, punchy and balanced with notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts and caramel.
Light-medium roast with beans from Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Colombia. a diverse cup.
Washed Colombian from Huila with notes of raisin, cocoa and blackcurrant.

I started Mr. Tinto because I missed something that’s very normal where I’m from in Colombia: the simple ritual of sharing good coffee. Back home, coffee isn’t just a drink. It’s what you offer when someone arrives, what you share with family, and what keeps conversations going a little longer.
When I moved to London, I realised the coffee I grew up with, fresh, flavourful, and full of character, was surprisingly hard to find. Much of what was available had been roasted months earlier and didn’t reflect the incredible coffee Colombia produces or the care farmers put into growing it.
So I started Mr. Tinto with my family to bring a small piece of Colombian coffee culture here. We source our beans from Colombian farms and roast them in small batches in our Croydon roastery, so the coffee you brew at home is fresh, honest, and full of flavour.
Every cup is our way of sharing a little piece of home with you.
— Francisco
